Cancellation Terms for
Reservations up to 4 overnight stays:
Up to 3 days prior to arrival: no charge. Therafter or no-show: we charge 100% of the entire booked stay (package). Deposit/Guarantee:
To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid creditcard number including validity date.
Cancellation Terms for
Reservations 5 overnight stays and longer:
Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival: no charge. From 2 days prior to arrival up to arrival day: we charge 100% of the entire booked stay (package).
Deposit/Guarantee:
We require a 50% deposit of the total arrangements made with the hotel, immediately after placing your reservation with us.
This regulation is relevant to all individual confirmed reservations with the hotel.
Please note that your reservation confirmation states the applicable cancellation terms for your booking. Group cancellation terms are stated within a separate contract
